1,250 Latino students in the community receive a backpack as gift

In a major project to connect the non-Jewish and Jewish communities, 1,250 Latino students in the community received a backpack as a special gift made possible by ILC Board Members Gila and Adam Milstein. Each bag included a letter from the Israeli community in LA, signed by the ILC and the Israeli Consulate. This project hopes to engage Latino students in Israel affairs and get them better acquainted with the Jewish community, thereby bridging gaps and uniting forces.
