On May 22, 2012 ILC-Care organized the 2nd Women's networking event, "Business Women in the Community."

 The event took place at the Venetian Palace Banquet Hall and included about 60 participants. The evening began with various lectures on business development. Women brought samples from their businesses, exchanged ideas, and role played. Additionally, women were introduced to new people on both a professional and personal level through the project. The idea behind this project is women assisting women, gaining knowledge, networking with other business owners, and enjoying a fun experience
